Living in a flat is usually connected with people who has less money and who are not able to afford living in house. I don^t know if you have also noticed something like that. This idea is quite popular among people. If you come to think of it, it makes sense. If you want to live in a house you have to spend a lot of money on it. Houses are known as extremely expensive and there is not a lot of people who are able to afford it. Do you know what I mean? Just take a look at your friends and tell me how many of them live in a house? On the other hand there are some blocks or flats that are luxurious and the cost of living in them is almost as high as the cost of a house. I live in a place like this. When we bought it we received bathroom furniture for free. Why? Probably due to the fact that we have paid a lot of money for it, anyway. So the owner of this place is still profitable even if he gives the bathroom furniture to all the residents. Actually, from what I have heard from my neighbors, that^s what he did. Each and every resident is receiving luxurious, expensive bathroom furniture for free. What do you think about a present like this? I think that for people who are able to afford to live here it doesn^t make any difference. They have a lot of money anyway.
